We are entering our next stage of growth and are looking for a motivated, hands-on marketing skilled to help rebuild, modernise and scale our marketing systems.

This is not a corporate marketing role — we are looking for a practical operator who can take ownership, identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Contract Digital Marketing Manager / Growth Specialist for an initial one-month engagement, with strong potential for ongoing work based on performance.

This role would suit an experienced freelancer, consultant or marketing professional operating under their own ABN who enjoys helping small businesses grow.

You will have an allocated marketing budget and the freedom to recommend and implement strategies that generate real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, rebuild and optimise our Google Business Profile
- Improve local SEO and online visibility
- Review and improve our current website and customer journey
- Refresh and manage Facebook/business social platforms
- Support Linked In growth and content strategy
- Audit and improve Google Ads performance




- Develop a photo/video content library showcasing completed projects
- Create strategies to generate quality commercial and residential leads
- Integrate marketing activity with CRM and sales processes
- Track leads, performance and return on investment

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience growing trade, construction or service-based businesses
- Understands Google rankings, lead generation and customer conversion
- Can work independently and take ownership
- Is comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
- Measures success through enquiries, opportunities and revenue — not just likes and views

Experience with Google Ads, SEO, website platforms, CRM systems and content creation will be highly regarded.
