We're expanding in the Illawarra region and are seeking energetic and passionate Full-time Crew Members to join our teams at the Shellcove and Port Kembla stores.

Position Overview:

As a Full-time Crew Member, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—creating delicious desserts, preparing coffee, and ensuring customers have an amazing experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where every day is an opportunity to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve donuts, desserts, and coffee to our high standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service and create a welcoming environment.
- Handle cash and operate the point of sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Support the team and contribute to achieving daily goals and targets.

Qualifications:





- Minimum 1 year of experience in fast food or a similar food service role.
- Preferred 1 year of barista experience and a passion for making great coffee.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
