Bedrock Landscape Supplies Townsville is seeking a friendly, organised and reliable Casual Administration Assistant / Customer Service Team Member to join our growing team.

This is a varied role that supports the day-to-day operations of our busy landscape supplies business. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting with payroll and accounts tasks, managing customer enquiries, and helping maintain the smooth operation of the office.

This position offers school hours and will commence as a casual role, starting at approximately three days per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the role grows. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, has strong organisational skills, and is looking to join a supportive, growing local business.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

- General office administration.
- Payroll processing and related tasks.
- Accounts and data entry.
- Responding to phone and email enquiries.




- Providing customer service and assisting with sales enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Creating and scheduling content across the company's social media platforms.
- Assisting with other administrative duties as required.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

- Previous administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Microsoft Office/Excel experience and the ability to learn current systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, professional attitude
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Payroll experience is preferred, but not essential
