People & Culture Administrator

People & Culture Administrator supports the employee lifecycle, providing administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth processes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Triage and respond to employee and leader queries, providing accurate advice or escalating where required.
- Process new hire, employment change, and offboarding documentation, ensuring compliance with internal processes and employment legislation.
- Administer the onboarding process, ensuring pre‐employment requirements are completed and new team members are set up correctly in systems.
- Maintain employee data within the HRIS (Workday), ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Liaise with Payroll to ensure employment and pay changes are processed accurately and on time.
- Prepare contracts, letters, and other employee communications as directed.
- Manage and maintain employee files (electronic and hard copy) in line with internal procedures.
- Support regular reporting, audits, and data integrity reviews across HR systems.
- Provide administrative support for P&C; projects and initiatives such as engagement surveys, wellbeing programs, and learning and development events.
- Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures, reporting risks and hazards appropriately.

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (completed or near completion).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,



engaging confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively.
- Proactive, self‐motivated, with a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership of tasks.
- Customer service mindset, focusing on providing a positive experience for employees and leaders.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and HRIS, with ability to quickly learn new systems.

Desirable

- Previous administrative experience, preferably in an HR or skilled services environment.
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
- Familiarity with Workday.
