Camp Cooby is looking for an experienced and fully qualified Outdoor Educator to join our growing team. From paddling across the lake to facilitating leadership challenges, campfires under the stars and high-adventure experiences, no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing
?️ Deliver exciting outdoor education and adventure programs
? Facilitate canoeing, initiative activities, leadership and team-building programs
? Lead students through meaningful challenge and personal growth experiences
? Create safe, engaging and memorable camp experiences
? Work alongside a passionate team committed to excellence in outdoor education
Essential Requirements
Please do not apply if you are not a qualified Outdoor Educator.
Applicants must hold:
Certificate IV or Diploma (or higher) in Outdoor Recreation, Outdoor Education or equivalent
Current Queensland Blue Card
Current First Aid & CPR
Canoe/Kayak qualifications
High Ropes and/or Low Ropes facilitation qualifications
Highly Desirable
Mountain biking qualifications and experience
Duke of Edinburgh Award experience
Experience delivering school camp and leadership programs
