Totally Sound is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic people to join our casual event crew. Whether you're an experienced technician or someone looking to build a career in the live events industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Based in Bunbury, Totally Sound delivers professional audio, lighting, vision, staging, and event production services across the South West and beyond. From community events and corporate functions to major festivals, concerts, and touring productions, no two days are ever the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our event crew, you’ll be involved in a variety of roles including:

- Setting up and packing down audio, lighting, vision, staging and production equipment.
- Assisting with the delivery of concerts, festivals, corporate functions, conferences, sporting events and community celebrations.
- Loading and unloading equipment from our warehouse and vehicles.
- Working alongside experienced technicians to deliver professional event experiences.
- Representing Totally Sound with a positive, professional attitude on‑site.

We’re Looking For People Who Are

- Passionate about music, live events, and production.
- Energetic, motivated and willing to learn.




- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Happy to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Safety conscious with a robust work ethic.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience in live audio, lighting, vision, staging or event production.
- A current driver’s licence (MR licence an advantage).
- Working at Heights, Forklift, EWP or White Card qualifications.
- Experience with corporate events, festivals or touring productions.
