JD Sports, a leading global sports fashion retailer, is seeking a Department Supervisor to support store management, lead the department, maintain merchandising standards, drive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

THE ROLE

As a Department Supervisor you will support the store management team by leading your department to provide exceptional customer service to every JD customer, maintain merchandising and visual standards, and achieve sales results.

- Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time
- Support and guide the team to deliver exceptional service in a "service over task" setting
- Actively gain, maintain and share product and brand knowledge for your department
- Support the management team to improve financial performance within your department
- Work with the back‐of‐house team to ensure product availability
- Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2–3 years of experience in retail or a similar industry
- Passion for delivering an amazing service experience for customers
- Positive attitude and ability to create a motivating environment for your team




- Excellent time‐management skills to execute daily priorities in a timely manner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in social situations through engagement with customers and team members
