Cater Care is seeking a highly experienced Chef Manager for an aged care facility on the Northern Beaches, NSW, Monday to Friday 9:00 am–6:00 pm. The role merges kitchen leadership with site management.

The ideal candidate will be fully conversant in IDDSI and texture modified diets, with solid interpersonal skills to liaise with residents. A trade qualification in Commercial Cookery is required; Food Safety Supervisor certificate is desirable.
