Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Lead Educators to join our team. In this role, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that supports children's development and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support and implement engaging educational programs aligned with EYLF
- Ensure children's health, safety, and wellbeing at all times
- Observe, document, and contribute to children's learning and development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment
- Work collaboratively with the centre team to achieve high-quality outcomes
- Contribute to a positive and supportive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications & Experience Required

Essential:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying)
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Desirable:

- Previous experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
- Experience developing and implementing educational programs
- Knowledge of childcare compliance and documentation requirements
