Imagine managing your own property portfolio without having to commute to an office every day.

Your home is your base, and you'll head out when needed for inspections, appointments, maintenance, Tribunal matters and other property-related responsibilities. The rest of your work can be done remotely, while staying connected with the team through regular online meetings and collaboration.

The Role

You'll take ownership of a residential portfolio across Mackay and Bowen, delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants while managing the day-to-day responsibilities that come with property management.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing your residential portfolio from end to end
- Conducting routine inspections and property visits
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Managing arrears, lease administration and tenancy matters
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Attending Tribunal hearings when required
- Ensuring compliance with current QLD legislation
- Maintaining accurate records using Property Me and associated systems

We're looking for someone who can work with minimal supervision and confidently manage their own workload.

You'll have:

- At least 4 years' experience in residential property management
- Current QLD Registration Certificate
- Solid knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
- Experience using Property Me and Inspect Real Estate
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A current unrestricted driver's licence
- The ability to work independently while remaining connected with a remote team
