Workfast is Looking for Experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to support ongoing works throughout the Bowen Basin.

- $55 Per Hour
- 5/2 Roster (with the opportunity to move to 7/7 in the future)
- 3-month initial contract with ongoing work available

Workfast is a labour hire company working with some of Australia's largest and leading building companies. We operate in all states of Australia and our employees work in all industries. We are actively seeking dedicated Multi-Skilled Operators to join our team to conduct desilting works.

You will be part of a motivated crew working in a rapid-paced environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely.

Requirements:

- Must be willing and able to operate all of the following equipment: Digger, Moxy, and Water Cart
- Dozer experience is desirable but not essential
- Minimum 12 months' experience in mining or civil earthworks
- Coal Board Medical (CBM)
- Standard 11 (S11)
- Relevant RII competencies for the listed machinery
- Strong focus on safety, efficiency, and team collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct safe and effective desilting works across the site
- Operate a range of equipment interchangeably as required, specifically Diggers,



Moxys, and Water Carts
- Conduct pre-start checks, defect reporting, and ensure equipment is clean and well-maintained
- Follow all site safety, environmental, and operational procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
