Overview

The North Face is a leading outdoor brand that is opening a current store at Pacific Fair. We are looking for a Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales, manage inventory and merchandising, and create an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Lead the store team to achieve sales performance and targets.
- Manage inventory and visual merchandising.
- Oversee people management, employee development and training.
- Implement processes to drive business results and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail store manager or similar role.
- Retail certificate an advantage but not essential.




- Strong leadership skills and ability to build a dynamic team.
- Computer literate.
- Passion for outdoor lifestyle and alignment with brand values.
