We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant (D365 FinOps Functional Consultant)/Digital Transformation Consultant to support a major enterprise modernisation program across core business systems, data platforms, and collaboration tools.
This is a key contract role where you will help shape and deliver the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, alongside uplift of SharePoint Online and adoption of Microsoft Copilot to drive productivity, automation, and improved business insights.
The role is based in the Northern Rivers region (Condong, NSW), with flexibility for hybrid arrangements for the right candidate.
About the Role
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, implementation partners (including DXC Technology), and vendors to design, deliver, and embed Microsoft-based solutions across the organisation.




This is a hands-on delivery role that combines strategic thinking, solution design, and practical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Support implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including process alignment and system integrationsDesign and deliver SharePoint Online solutions for document management and collaborationDrive adoption of Microsoft Copilot across business functionsSupport data, reporting, and analytics uplift (Microsoft Fabric desirable)Identify and deliver process improvement and automation opportunitiesSupport change management, training, and user adoption activitiesCollaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery outcomesContribute to integration design across enterprise systems (EHSQ, HR/payroll, LMS, maintenance, etc.)
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementationsStrong understanding of ERP integration, particularly with third-party systemsExperience in manufacturing or industrial environments, ideally including:Demand planningAdvanced warehousingAsset managementStrong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration toolsExposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI tools,



or automation initiativesAbility to translate business requirements into practical technical solutionsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience working in large-scale transformation or ERP programs
