Mindarie Keys Chiropractic & Wellness Centre is looking for an exceptional Chiropractic Assistant preparing to be our Office Manager as the integral part of our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional and caring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism and help guide them through their care journey

- Manage appointments, bookings and practitioner schedules using our patient management software

- Process payments, including EFTPOS, HICAPS and other payment systems accurately

- Communicate clearly and courteously by phone, email and in person

- Maintain a clean, calm and family-friendly practice environment

- Provide dependable support to our chiropractors and fellow team members

- Create a positive patient experience by going to extra mile





What We Are Looking For:

- Previous customer service or reception experience preferred

- Genuine passion for holistic health and wellbeing

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliability, integrity and a can-do attitude

- Ability to thrive in a team environment and enjoy connecting with people

- Flexibility to cover leave when required

Regular Working Hours:

Days varying between Monday and Friday 9:00am - 6:30pm and Saturday's 8:30am - 12:00pm.
