What You'll Be Doing
As part of our production team, you'll help keep operations running smoothly by:
- Processing and packaging products
- Operating production and packaging equipment
- Vacuum sealing, weighing and labelling products
- Loading and unloading products into machinery and cartons
- Performing quality checks to maintain high standards
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working in both dry and refrigerated environments
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who:
- Are reliable, punctual and have a positive attitude
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Are comfortable in a quick-paced, hands-on environment
- Have a strong focus on quality, safety and attention to detail
- Can stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Have experience in food production (preferred but not essential – full training is provided)
- Able to work with beef and pork products
- Are willing to complete a Drug & Alcohol screen and Functional Capacity Assessment
