The role:
We are seeking an experienced ICT Contracts Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract based in the Perth CBD.
Responsibilities include:
Drive the overall performance of complex, high value contractsICT Contract management using the client’s Contract Management FrameworkNegotiate commercial terms with software vendorsIdentify risks in vendor contractsManaging complex negotiations and resolve conflicts Key experience
Proven commercial experience working in an ICT Contracts Management position for a large,
enterprise scale clientCommercial contract and software vendor management experienceExperience managing & negotiating large / complex ICT contractsExcellent communication and documentation skillsThe perks:
