Madalah Limited is a not-for-profit organisation that offers Secondary and Tertiary education scholarships and wrap around support for First Nations students living in Western Australia to attend one of our partner schools or universities. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This role forms part of a dedicated and passionate team responsible for the effective administration of the Madalah Scholarships, ensuring all student records are kept up to date and audit compliant.

This role would suit an organised and creative individual who is passionate about making a meaningful impact. The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of working independently when required, and possess a flexible approach within all areas of the role. We’re after someone who’s that warm, welcoming voice on the other end of the phone, but more than that, someone our families and communities feel safe to yarn with whenever they need a hand.

THE DUTIES OF THE ROLE:

· Maintain accurate student records in line with audit requirements.

· Receipt and process scholarship applications, consulting with families and/or applicants to ensure relevant documents received.



Includes assisting with online application troubleshooting.

· Prepare applicant lists by school for scholarship allocation, including data entry of school led selections.

· Receipt, process and track grant agreements and annual scholar update forms (including medical & dietary information).

· Generate and send scholarship confirmation letters for successful applicants.

· Create summary reports for scholarship applications received and scholarships awarded.

· Maintain accuracy and integrity of organisational data across systems and databases.

· Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.

· Support with tertiary progress reports and partner school tracking as required.

· Contribute to the team setting by performing other undefined duties as required and requested.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, YOU WILL NEED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

· Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

· Intermediate skills Salesforce (preferred but not essential, will provide training).

· High level organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.

· Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check card and a valid national police clearance as part of the recruitment process.

Please note that this position is full time, in-office.
