This is a full-time 24M contract opportunity, working on the ground across regional WA delivering local engagement that builds connectivity literacy – helping people understand their options, choose the right services and confidently connect to the nbn network.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Delivering targeted events and campaigns that build understanding of nbn services and technology.
- Create and leverage local events and activities that educate customers on how to connect, upgrade and optimise their service.
- Drive awareness and take-up of the best available nbn technology in each community.
- Collaborate and work with the Regional Development Engagement Manager to deliver the regional strategy and priorities.
- This role involves regular travel, giving you the chance to immerse yourself in diverse communities while delivering meaningful change.

About You:

- A natural communicator who loves engaging with people and communities.
- Experience in community engagement, outreach, sales or customer-facing roles.
- Strong ability to communicate and simplify complex information.
- Experience working with community groups, building trust with ease.
- Must hold a full Australian driver’s license and have a passion for travel — this role requires regular travel to regional communities across WA regions.
- Ideally located in Perth or the Wheatbelt region.
