We are a leading supplier of automotive refinishing products looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Sales Demonstrator to join our team servicing the ACT area and surrounds.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, demonstrating products, winning new business and helping customers improve their profitability and repair processes.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business while supporting existing customers across a broad range of automotive refinishing products.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Identifying and securing current business opportunities

· Demonstrating products and providing hands-on customer training

· Building strong relationships with panel shops, paint shops and automotive repair businesses

· Working with customers to identify opportunities to improve productivity and product performance

· Conducting customer visits and developing territory growth plans

· Delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations

· Following up quotations and converting opportunities into sales

· Achieving territory sales and business development targets

· Providing market feedback and identifying competitor activity

· Working collaboratively with internal sales and technical support teams

About You





To be successful you will ideally have:

· Proven Business Development or Account Management experience

· A passion for building long-term customer relationships

· Strong presentation and communication skills

· Confidence demonstrating products and providing customer training

· The ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory

· Excellent time management and organisational skills

· A current unrestricted driver’s licence

Desirable but not essential

· Experience within the automotive refinishing, paint, panel, detailing or collision repair industry

· Trade qualifications such as Spray Painting, Panel Beating or Automotive Refinishing

· Experience selling technical or industrial products
