You'll support our Operations team across onboarding, compliance, project scheduling, mobilisation, and equipment coordination. This role suits a confident, capable professional who brings real initiative: if something needs figuring out, you'll dig in, get creative, and bring in the right people to sort it.
What you'll ownOnboarding current employees, subcontractors, and suppliersKeeping compliance on track: medicals, AODs, training, POs, VOCs, inductionsCoordinating project mobilisation: scheduling, flights, site compliance, equipment and timesheetingManaging equipment purchasing, hire and supplier relationshipsBeing a pivotal internal liaison between key business stakeholders
What you'll bringA solid operational background supporting projects and connected business functionsA genuine knack for creative problem-solvingComfort working independently and prioritising your own workloadGreat communication skills, liaising confidently with clients, employees,



and suppliers at all levelsStrong understanding of mobilisation, compliance, and site access requirementsConfidence using workforce planning systems and Microsoft Office - experience with ERMS, INX, SuccessFactors, SAP, OPMS or IFS will be highly regardedAbility to identify planning risks, solve problems and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.A no-fuss, proactive attitude
