Anroc Constructions Pty Ltd & L&K; Plasterboard Trade Centre are seeking a motivated and experienced CPA Accountant to join our growing team on a full-time basis, commencing August of 2026. This role is all about overseeing the financial operations of two closely integrated businesses and delivering timely, accurate financial information that supports real business decisions!

Duties & responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly management reports, budgets, and financial analysis, and monitor financial performance across both businesses

- Manage general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end reporting

- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

- Manage cash flow forecasting and ensure BAS, IAS, and GST compliance

- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and government authorities

- Drive continuous improvement of accounting systems, processes, and internal controls

- Support the Directors with strategic planning and business growth initiatives

Qualifications & experience:

- CPA qualification

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of accounting experience

- Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and taxation requirements

- Experience preparing management reports and analysing financial performance

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with Xero experience preferred

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills with high attention to detail

- A proactive,



solution-focused approach with the ability to work independently across two closely integrated businesses

- Experience within the construction, building materials, or wholesale distribution industries will be highly regarded but is not essential
