About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of the store's performance. From driving sales and developing your team to delivering an exceptional customer journey and maintaining outstanding visual standards, you'll play a key role in the ongoing success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team.

- Drive sales,

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through service excellence.

- Recruit, train and develop team members.

- Maintain premium visual merchandising and store presentation.

- Manage rostering, wage budgets and day-to-day store operations.

- Foster a positive, collaborative and results-driven team culture.

What We're Looking For

- Previous Store Manager experience within fashion or lifestyle retail.

- A proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business performance.

- Strong leadership and people development skills.

- Passion for styling, fashion and creating memorable customer experiences.

- Commercial awareness with excellent organisational skills.

- A hands-on leadership style and positive attitude.
