We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Coles Coordinator to join our Logistics team and take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of Coles freight operations across our network.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating daily Coles freight operations across the network
- Planning dry, chilled and produce freight movements




- Managing cross-dock requirements and delivery schedules
- Preparing manifests and delivery documentation
- Maintaining accurate freight and pallet records
- Completing operational reporting and compliance requirements
- Coordinating subcontractor documentation and run sheets
- Monitoring pallet movements and space utilisation
- Providing operational updates to drivers, stakeholders and internal teams
- Ensuring all delivery information is accurately entered into systems

What You'll Bring Essential

- Current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Experience working in a transport, logistics, warehouse or freight environment
- Strong safety focus and understanding of freight handling practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work outside normal rostered hours when operationally required

Highly Regarded

- Experience in transport allocation, scheduling or logistics coordination
- Knowledge of transport planning and load management
- Exposure to Transport Management Systems (TMS)
- Experience managing freight documentation and operational reporting
