The Role
Looking for steady work with solid pay in Cowra? We've got two positions open at a busy meat processing and food production site - Loadout Labourer and Maintenance. Both are hands-on roles where every shift keeps things moving, working alongside a team that takes pride in doing things properly, safely, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Loadout Labourer:
- Push and move carcasses along the overhead rail system from chillers to loading areas
- Load carcasses onto trucks and assist with scale operations
- Rotate through loadout tasks, including chiller and loading bay duties
- Keep work areas clean, hygienic, and well organised
- Follow all WHS and food safety procedures
Maintenance:
- Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
- Troubleshoot and help with repairs across mechanical and plant systems
- Keep work areas clean, hygienic, and well organised

Your Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will be physically capable, reliable, and comfortable working in a processing environment.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks
- Comfortable working in cold and damp environments (chillers)
- Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work effectively within a large team
- Experience in maintenance or mechanical environments highly regarded
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
