Resident - Front Office Supervisor – Full Time (On-Site Accommodation Provided)

We are seeking a professional and reliable Front Office Supervisor to join our team in a live-on-site role. This is a full-time position is a rare opportunity for someone with proven hospitality experience to enjoy both a excellent career and the convenience of on-site accommodation.

Sorrento Beach Resort is a 4-star resort located on the coast, just 20 minutes North of Perth. The resort offers a combination of hotel and apartment style accommodation, catering for many guests to include couples, corporate clients, families and groups.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous Front Office/Reception experience (essential)

- Experience with Opera booking system (preferred)

- Experience with Resident duties (preferred)

- Strong communication & customer service skills

- A professional & welcoming manner with guests

- Ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team





- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings based on a 7-day rotating roster between the hours of 7am and 9pm.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing guest check-in and check-out

- Handling reservations, enquiries, and daily front desk operations

- Always ensuring a high standard of guest service

- Personality & strength to handle guest concerns and feedback from guests in a timely manner.

- Attend to and responsible for after-hours guest needs
