To support our continued growth, our Perth branch, located in Welshpool is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated Customer Service - Internal Salesperson to join our team, whether experienced in industrial and construction distribution or not, we require a person who has a passion for selling and providing sales support, who is open, consistent, diligent and upbeat, to deliver sales revenue, new customers and profitability.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which will include the following duties:

- Servicing incoming and outgoing inquiries from customers and prospects over phone or email sales and trade counter

- Providing external sales executives support relating to leads, quotes and orders





- Build and develop customer relationships through strong customer service and a willingness to always exceed expectations

- Provide product support with ability to solve basic issues faced by customers and advising customers on product solutions

- Identifying opportunities and produce leads for the sales force

- Keep up to date with the latest product developments

- Contribute to the continual improvement culture of the company

- High level of enthusiasm, strong negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

- High levels of integrity and honesty with a commitment to exceptional levels of customer service and support

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Fastener and associated product industry experience would be highly valued, but not essential
