Job Description

Ready for a sizzling career move? You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen, working alongside a fantastic team. The food you prepare, cook and serve makes our guests smile and want more.

What You Will Be Doing

- Working on several orders at once
- Constantly keeping the station clean and sanitized
- Ensuring the station is properly stocked with food and equipment




- Assuming 100% responsibility for the quality of output from the station
- Creating food of the highest quality and to the standards
- Communicating effectively with the rest of the team and responding to guest feedback
- Actively sharing ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the workplace and menus

Qualifications

- A commercial cookery qualification with at least two years of post‑apprenticeship experience working in a hotel or restaurant environment
- Experience providing quality food and presentation of all dishes
- Knowledge of WHS and food safety policies and procedures
- Relevant food preparation and service knowledge
- Ability to work unsupervised with excellent time‑management skills
- Unlimited work rights in Australia
- Ability to have fun!
