We're hunting for coaches who don't just want clients—we want co-conspirators, visionaries, and career-whisperers ready to help professionals level up their lives, one thumb-swipe at a time.

What You'll Actually Do

- Deliver game-changing 1:1 coaching through our slick mobile app
- Help us define what "world-class coaching" even means (no pressure )
- Give brutally honest feedback on features, bugs, and everything in between
- Collaborate with founders and fellow pioneer coaches to grow this thing into something legendary
- Get featured as a founding coach—your face, your story, front and center in our launch
- 3+ years of career coaching magic with receipts (aka proven results)
- Certified coach (ICF, CPCC, or equivalent)—bonus points for fancy letters after your name
- Entrepreneurial DNA—you get excited by chaos, possibility, and building something new
- A personal brand or network you're ready to bring along for the ride
- Tech-savvy enough to navigate a mobile app without calling your nephew
- Genuinely passionate about making career coaching accessible to everyone, not just the elite
