About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join the team at our Bonds Outlet Canberra store. This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

- A genuine passion for retail and customer service, creating memorable experiences for every customer.
- Confidence to use initiative, proactive and supportive before being asked.
- Clear, positive, approachable communication, bringing energy to every interaction and creating a welcoming in‐store experience.
- Flexibility and availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends to support the team when needed.

Qualifications

- Previous fashion retail experience is outstanding, but not essential – we value attitude, willingness to learn, and a positive mindset.
