About The Role

Canberra Grammar School is seeking beginner and experienced coaches who are committed to developing students in their chosen sport. The role of a Co-curricular Sports Coach is to instruct students on fundamental skills and foster player development within a fun, inclusive and protected environment.

We offer the following sports:

Summer Sports

Cricket, Dragon Boats, Rowing, Touch Football

Year-round

Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Strength and Conditioning, Swimming, Water Polo

About You

You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:

- Engaging and enthusiastic coaching style with effective communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with various levels of abilities across various age groups
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective training sessions
- Two professional references

All team members at CGS are required to have:

- Appropriate qualifications




- A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
- A current National Police Check; and
- Full working rights within Australia.
