Get ready to work where the thrills never stop! Dreamworld is on the hunt for passionate Guest Services superstars to join our team for the upcoming peak holiday periods. You will be the friendly face that welcomes guests and helps create unforgettable experiences from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

- Engage with guests upon arrival in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner.
- Facilitate guest entry at the front gate to Dreamworld and White Water World.
- Process a variety of ticket types and products.
- Ensure fast and efficient entry into our parks.
- Enhance the guest experience through exceptional customer service.
- Actively approach and support guests who may need assistance, sharing information on products, promotions, discounts, and services.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication, customer service, and guest engagement skills.
- Confident working under pressure during busy periods and handling difficult conversations professionally.
- Strong computer and data entry skills, with experience in cash handling and EFTPOS.
- A team player with initiative, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- High standards of grooming, presentation, and professionalism.




- Physically fit and capable of manual handling and physically demanding tasks.
- Must have availability to work weekends, school holidays, and peak event periods, including special events as required.

These roles are offered on a seasonal casual basis until January 2027, with the opportunity to apply for ongoing vacancies at the end of the contract.
