The Venue in Bacchus Marsh is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee safety, evacuation and the operation of the facility, directing day-to-day programs and customer service staff. You will coordinate bookings, lead community programs, and manage staff, with a focus on delivering a safe, welcoming workplace for local sports and events.
You must be available for nights and weekends, committing to 3–4 shifts per week.
