Salary: AUD 79,589 - AUD 118,063 per annum + 12% super

About the Role
You’ll deliver engaging Physical Education programs across the secondary years, creating lessons that build confidence, participation and lifelong wellbeing habits. The role also includes home room responsibilities, supporting students with day-to-day connection, routines and pastoral care.
This position suits a teacher who can step in quickly, build rapport, and contribute positively to a structured team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons aligned with the Victorian Curriculum
- Create inclusive learning environments that support participation and confidence
- Build strong relationships with students through consistent classroom and yard presence
- Undertake home room responsibilities, supporting student wellbeing and routines
- Assess student progress and provide clear, timely feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team planning and school initiatives
You Will Have
- Relevant teaching qualification (secondary)
- Current or pending VIT registration
- Experience teaching Health and Physical Education (or robust placement experience)
- Strong behaviour management and the ability to establish routines quickly
- Confident communication with students, colleagues and families
- Commitment to child safety, student wellbeing and inclusive practice
