We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a landmark high-end townhouse development in Elsternwick. This isn't a role where you'll be buried in layers of management or reporting through multiple channels. You'll have the autonomy to drive the project, work closely with experienced directors and play a key role in delivering an exceptional outcome.

The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for the successful delivery of a premium multi-residential project from construction through to completion. Working closely with the site team, consultants and subcontractors, you'll be empowered to make decisions, maintain programme, manage commercial outcomes and ensure an exceptional standard of delivery.
The Role
- End-to-end management of a high-end townhouse development
- Overseeing programme, budget, procurement and project delivery
- Managing subcontractors, consultants and client relationships
- Driving quality, safety and programme outcomes on site
- Identifying and resolving project risks before they become issues
- Working collaboratively with an experienced leadership team
About You
You'll already be delivering commercial or multi-residential projects and be comfortable taking ownership rather than relying on layers of support. We're interested in people who have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial builder
- Delivered commercial-grade townhouses, apartments or mixed-use developments
- Robust understanding of construction methodology and contract administration
- Excellent commercial and financial management skills
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The confidence to work autonomously while leading from the front
