As a Food Production Worker at Estia Health, you will help deliver nutritious and enjoyable meals to residents across our aged‑care homes. You’ll work from 10:30AM to 6:30PM or 3:00PM to 7:30PM, and collaborate with a team to ensure every resident’s dietary preferences are met.
Responsibilities
- Prep food and beverages according to menu plans.
- Maintain a clean kitchen environment, including washing dishes.
- Adjust menus and create new meal options with team members.
- Record and audit safety and hygiene checks as part of our Food Safety Program.
- Work standing and active throughout most of the shift.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
- Experience working in a kitchen (experience in aged care is an advantage).
- Excellent time‑management and planning skills.
- Completion of the Basic Food Handling Course.
