Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant to join our team at the Sunbury clinic. In this role you will be the initial point of contact for both new and existing clients and will play a key role in enhancing customer care and managing sleep apnea treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with physicians to develop tailored and effective treatment plans for each patient.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients with sleep‑disordered breathing.
- Provide guidance on CPAP equipment, set‑up and ongoing service requirements.
- Offer follow‑up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients.
- Educate patients and families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures and treatment options.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers.
- Promote and upsell the product range and services.
- Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with customer service across all stages of the customer interaction cycle.
- Strong interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
