About the Role

Working alongside our Venue Manager, you/'ll help lead the day-to-day operations across our busy hotel, including Percy/'s Playground, bottleshop, accommodation and functions.

A major focus of this role is coaching, mentoring and developing our team. We/'re looking for someone who enjoys helping others grow, setting high service standards and building a positive workplace culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the team during service
- Training, coaching and developing staff and supervisors
- Stock control with ordering, invoicing and stocktakes
- Opening, closing and cash management




- Supporting bottleshop operations
- Beer line cleaning and general bar standards
- Help out across the entire venue as required
- Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Ensuring compliance with RSA and venue procedures
- Helping build a positive team culture and continuously improve operations

About You

You'll ideally have:

- Experience as either an Assistant Venue Manager or Bar Manager
- Pub, hotel or high-volume hospitality experience
- A passion for training and developing people
- A hands-on leadership style
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
