Rembrandt Living is currently seeking Support Workers Adelaide Metro area to provide services and assistance for elderly clients at their place of residence, with the goal of increasing independence and autonomy. Using an approach that prioritises individual needs, you will deliver top-tier support to our clients in a way that embodies Rembrandt Living's core values in all aspects of your work.
Job requirements
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care is essential.
- Be a compassionate, empathetic, and caring nature with genuine interest in respecting the uniqueness of each individual.
- A positive work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
- A positive attitude, be dependable and honest, adhere to secure work practices
- Excellent communication skills - as an organisation that supports culturally and linguistically diverse care recipients, we equally support a culturally and linguistically diverse workforce.
- A willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical.
- A National Police check. (or willingness to obtain)
- A valid Australia Driver’s licence and a Registered and reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance.
- The Right to Work in Australia.
- Current CPR / First Aid Certificate - essential
- Manual Handling Certificate - preferred
Job responsibilities
- Assisting with services such as personal care, transport, general house cleaning, shopping.

- Following the clients care plan.
- One-on-one induction, to set you up for success.
