McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Bagshot, 20 minutes from Bendigo Victoria. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Maintenance Person to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically minded and enjoys a variety of maintenance and farm-related tasks. No formal trade qualifications are required - we're looking for someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

About The Role

Working alongside our Poultry Rearing team, you'll help keep our sheds, equipment and facilities running efficiently while also assisting with general farm operations and bird welfare.

Your Day-to-day Work Will Include

Carrying out general repairs and maintenance across the farmServicing and troubleshooting equipment and shed systemsCompleting routine inspections and preventative maintenanceAssisting with feeding, cleaning and general poultry care when requiredResponding to shed alarms and reporting maintenance issuesMaintaining a clean,



safe and organised work environmentFollowing biosecurity and workplace health and safety requirements

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Is mechanically minded and enjoys working with toolsHas practical problem-solving skillsIs reliable, self-motivated and takes pride in their workCan work independently and as part of a teamHas a strong commitment to safety and animal welfareIs willing to learn and take on a variety of tasksPrevious maintenance, farming or agricultural experience is beneficial but not essential. We provide on-the-job training for the right person.
