We build software that’s used on real mine sites - not just dashboards that look good in demos. You’ll be working directly with mining companies, understanding how they operate on the ground, and turning that into practical tools that improve visibility, decision-making, and operational efficiency.We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who enjoys owning problems end-to-end - from talking through requirements with industry stakeholders to deploying secure, production-ready systems. If you like building things that get used in the real world and making complex operations easier to understand through good software, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll DoDesign, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React with NextJS.Visit mine sites to deploy applications, support rollouts, and see firsthand how the software performs in real-world conditionsWork extensively with various data sources, such as SQL Server, Postgres, and PowerBIBuild, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and deployment (ideally GitHub Actions and Azure)Take features from requirements through to production deployment, including infrastructure and DevOps setupEnsure applications follow strong security best practices (OIDC, secure authentication flows,



mitigating common web vulnerabilities)Contribute to architecture decisions and continuously improve engineering processesExplore and adopt new technologies - including the practical use of AI tools to increase throughput (e.g. generating tests, rapid prototyping, proof of concepts)

What You BringProven experience as a Senior Full Stack DeveloperStrong hands-on experience with ReactSolid experience with SQL databases (Postgres, SQL Server, etc.)Experience implementing and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with GitHub Actions and AzureExcellent overall web development skills (front-end and back-end)Strong understanding of security fundamentals, including:OIDC and modern authentication patternsCommon web security risks (e.g., OWASP) and mitigation strategiesDemonstrated experience delivering full stack solutions end-to-end - from scoping requirements to live production environmentsA proactive mindset and willingness to experiment with new tools and technologies to improve delivery speed and quality
