Heatseal is a well-established Western Australian company specialising in the manufacture and installation of premium double-glazed windows and doors for residential and commercial projects.
About the Role:
The main focus of this position is scheduling by managing a smooth workflow from job quoting to final installation, working closely with customers, installers and sales consultants. This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday from our Wangara office.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Schedule and coordinate check measure appointments and installation bookings for customers
- Provide regular updates to customers throughout the manufacturing and installation process, responding promptly to enquiries
- Liaising closing with our install manager to coordinate trade calendars and coordinate workloads to maximise efficiency
- Prepare and maintain installation paperwork, customer files and scheduling records in Pipedrive (CRM)
- Proactively communicate with installers and customers to effectively manage job status and other updates were required
- Support with other administrative duties across the operations
About you:
We are looking for a true go-getter who;
- Has experience in scheduling, ideally scheduling trades within construction, building or home improvement companies
- Is self-motivated and can multitask and prioritise effectively
- Deliver exceptional customer service, confident to liaise with customers via phone, text and email
- Experienced using CRMS and scheduling programs
