Are you looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community? Harsha Foundation Limited is looking for passionate volunteers to help us grow our impact and support people in need across Perth. Whether you have qualified skills, practical experience, or simply a willingness to lend a hand, we’d love to hear from you.

**Creative & Digital**

● Photographer & Content Creator – Capture photos and videos at events and create content that shares our impact.

● Graphic Designer – Design flyers, brochures, social media graphics and promotional material.

● Website Coordinator – Manage and update our website, create new pages and keep content current.

● Social Media & Marketing Coordinator – Manage our social media platforms, promote events and help grow our online presence.

**Business & Administration**

● Grant Writer – Research and prepare grant applications to help secure funding.

● Sponsorship & Partnerships Coordinator – Build relationships with businesses and organisations to secure sponsorships, donations and partnerships.

● Community Engagement Coordinator – Connect with local schools, businesses, community groups and supporters while promoting the Foundation’s work.

● Administration Assistant – Assist with administration, correspondence, records and general office support.

● Bookkeeper & Accountant – Maintain financial records and assist with bookkeeping and end-of-year financial reporting.

**Community & Food Relief**

● Donations Coordinator – Coordinate donations and help manage incoming donated goods.

● Food Collection Volunteer – Collect donated food from local businesses and community partners.

● Food Relief Volunteer – Help prepare, pack and distribute food parcels.

● Food Parcel Delivery Volunteer – Deliver food parcels to individuals and families in need.





● Donation Collection Volunteer – Pick up donated items from businesses and community members.

**Events & Fundraising**

● Fundraising Coordinator – Help develop fundraising ideas and coordinate fundraising campaigns.

● Event Coordinator – Help plan and coordinate fundraising and community events.

● Community Events Volunteer – Assist with setting up, running and packing down events.

● Volunteer Support Assistant – Welcome, support and coordinate volunteers during events and activities. General Support

● Driver Volunteer – Assist with collections, deliveries and other transport needs.

● General Volunteer – Help wherever needed, whether it’s food relief, fundraising, events or community activities.

Most roles are flexible and can be completed around your work, study or family commitments. Some roles can be performed remotely, while others involve hands-on support within the community.

We welcome volunteers with a range of availability, whether you can contribute a few hours each month or several hours each week. Many roles can be completed remotely and around your existing work, study or family commitments, while some involve hands-on support at events or within the community.
