- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with the National Quality Standards (NQS).

- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming learning environment.

- Work collaboratively within the team, contributing equally to daily routines and responsibilities.

- Actively contribute to the Centre's Quality Improvement Plan and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings experience, confidence, initiative and a genuine love for early childhood education.

You will have:

- An Early Childhood Teaching degree (or be actively working towards one with significant industry experience), or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

- Proven experience working within an Early Childhood Education and Care service operating under the National Quality Framework.

- Demonstrated experience confidently developing, implementing and evaluating educational programs and leading the planning cycle.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, support and guide fellow educators.

- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and approved learning frameworks.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
