We're after a hands-on leader to run day-to-day operations on our residential sites. You'll supervise trades and labourers, keep jobs on track, and be the go-to person for quality and safety on site.

What you'll need:

- Proven experience leading a residential construction crew

- Robust knowledge of building processes,



sequencing, and site safety

- Confidence coordinating trades and managing site logistics

- Solid communication and problem-solving skills

- Relevant trade background preferred

- Current Queensland Driver's Licence

- White Card
