Your new role: As the Solution Architect, you will lead the solution design and architecture for a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. Working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, product owners, and technical specialists, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions. You will be responsible for defining architecture standards, driving key design decisions, managing solution risks, and ensuring alignment with broader enterprise architecture principles.Key responsibilities include:Leading the end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 implementation and enhancement initiatives.Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps.Designing integrated solutions across Dynamics 365, enterprise applications, data platforms, security, and infrastructure environments.Providing architectural leadership throughout project delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned with business objectives.Producing architecture artefacts, design documentation, and governance submissions.Evaluating technology options and guiding strategic decision-making across the program.Partnering with delivery teams, vendors,



and business leaders to ensure successful implementation outcomes
What you'll need to succeed: As an experienced Solutions Architect, you’ll need to have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences. You’ll also need:Proven experience leading Solution Architecture engagements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, integrations, and solution design principles.Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions across application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure domains.Experience working within complex transformation programs and Agile delivery environments.Ability to balance strategic architecture objectives with pragmatic delivery outcomes.Exceptional communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.Experience with Azure cloud services and integration platforms.Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, or architecture certifications.
