At Blueys Event Hire, we're the team behind the scenes — setting up marquees, delivering the goods, and making sure every event goes off without a hitch. Based in Katoomba in the heart of the Blue Mountains, we're a small but mighty crew with big values and an even bigger passion for what we do.

We're growing and looking for part-time and casual Operations team members who bring energy, a excellent attitude, and a genuine love of hands-on work.

What you'll be doing

No two days are the same. You'll be out on deliveries, setting up and packing down marquees, loading vehicles, cleaning and prepping equipment, and occasionally helping with event styling. You'll be the reason our clients' events look and feel amazing.

You're our kind of person if you:

- Have a current NSW driver's licence (essential) - preference for minimum MR licence

- Hold or can obtain a Forklift Licence (High Risk Work Licence)

- Are physically fit and enjoy active, outdoor work

- Have a "can-do" attitude and take pride in your work

- Are reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

- Have experience in events, hire,



logistics, or a trade — or are keen to learn

- Love making customers smile
