Ultimate Plumbing & Gas is a growing Cairns-based plumbing business looking for an experienced Plumbing Manager / Supervisor to lead our maintenance division.

As our Plumbing Manager / Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our plumbing team while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of plumbers and apprentices.
- Coordinate daily workloads and ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Provide technical support and solve problems in the field.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, professionalism and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all Australian Plumbing and Gas regulations, codes and safety requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure protected work practices are followed.
- Communicate professionally with clients, contractors and management.
- Monitor job progress, productivity and quality control.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional workmanship.
- Support the ongoing growth and continuous improvement of the business.

Essential Requirements
- Current Queensland Plumbing Licence.
- Current Driver Licence.
- Maintenance plumbing experience.
- Full Australian working rights.
