With a strong pipeline of growth and innovation in renewables and remote energy solutions, we are seeking a National Procurement Manager to drive strategic sourcing and supply chain excellence across our operations.

About The Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing procurement strategy, vendor management, and supply chain performance across national operations.

Working closely with project teams, senior leadership, and key stakeholders, you will ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement outcomes to support project delivery in remote and mining environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a national procurement strategy aligned to business growth and project needsManage supplier relationships, contracts, and negotiations to deliver value and mitigate riskOversee procurement for large-scale electrical and renewables projectsEnsure sourcing strategies support remote and regional operations, including logistics and freight challengesDrive cost optimisation, inventory control, and demand planningEstablish and maintain procurement policies, processes,



and governance frameworksCollaborate with project and operations teams to improve forecasting and supply chain efficiencyLead and mentor procurement staff or regional buyers (where applicable)Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply risks

About You

You are a commercially astute procurement professional with strong leadership capability and experience in complex project environments.

You Will Bring

Proven experience in a senior procurement or supply chain management roleBackground in electrical, construction, mining, or renewables industries (highly regarded)Experience supporting remote or FIFO-based projectsStrong negotiation and contract management skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders across national operationsAnalytical mindset with a focus on cost control and continuous improvementKnowledge of supply chain challenges specific to regional and remote AustraliaRelevant qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (preferred)
