SCAFFOLD TEAM LEADER – PERTH ONLY (NO FIFO)

We are seeking an experienced Scaffold Team Leader to join our crew for ongoing work across the Perth metro area. This is a Perth-based role only — No FIFO.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team in the erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolding in accordance with Australian Standards and job specifications

- Conduct and complete risk assessments before each task and whenever the scope of work changes

- Ensure compliance with Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) / Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)





- Maintain high safety standards and promote protected work practices onsite

- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, team members and clients

- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely and to company quality standards

Requirements

- Minimum 2 year experience as a qualified scaffolder (team leader or leading-hand experience highly regarded)

- Valid Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding Ticket

- Valid Construction White Card

- Valid Working at Heights certification

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport

- Manual licence preferred but not essential

- MR Truck Licence desirable, but not required

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a small team

- Must have the right to work in Australia

- Minimum 6 months team leadership experience in a construction or scaffolding setting
