We are seeking RC and Diamond drilling supervisors who have earned the respect of their crew on the tools, know what valuable looks like, and are ready to own a site – the safety, the production, the culture, all of it.

Core Drilling Services runs continuous year-round contracts across Tier 1 mine sites and exploration projects throughout Western Australia. The work is consistent, the rigs are maintained, and the ops team in Perth actually supports what happens in the field.

What the Role Looks Like

Reporting to Perth HQ, you'll be running shift operations across either RC or Diamond drilling programs. You'll manage the crew, lead toolbox meetings, coordinate day-to-day drilling activity, and be the main point of contact between the site and Perth support staff.

You'll be hands-on, setting the standard for how the work gets done – safely, efficiently, and without cutting corners.

A 2:2 roster means genuine time at home. We've found supervisors who are well-rested and not burning out make better decisions on site. That matters to us.

The Package

- $155,000 – $180,000 full-time salary, based on experience

- 2:2 roster – proper time off between swings

- Permanent full-time – not contract, not casual

- Salary sacrifice options available

- Immediate start available for the right person

What we need from you

We're looking for operators who take ownership of their rig and their site. You'll need:

- Minimum 5 years' drilling experience

- Cert IV in Drilling Operations

- Schedule 26 Supervisor certification

- Valid HR Driver's Licence

- Current First Aid, 4WD and Working at Heights certs

- National Police Clearance (within 6 months)

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A; screen
